Executor Disputes 

Executor disputes are disagreements that take place over how the executor of a will is handling their responsibilities. A deceased persons appoint executors to oversee their estate following their death. When trustees or executors neglect their fiduciary responsibilities regarding the estates distribution disputes frequently result.
